I have checked in the following changes:

model/inc:
 PARAMS.h

model/src:
 tracers_correction_step.F
 thermodynamics.F
 packages_readparms.F
 packages_init_variables.F
 packages_boot.F
 do_the_model_io.F
 config_check.F

pkg/ptracers:
 ptracers_integrate.F

pkg/matrix:
 matrix_output.F (new)
 matrix_init.F

verification/matrix_example/code,input have been updated
