[MITgcm-devel] still some problems

Hi Ed,

Sorry to bother you again, but I still have problems when I download
a fresh version of the code with cvs.

I usually get "-rw-' user permission except for 2 files 
pkg/mnc/mnc_cw_write_grid_info.F and
model/src/src/ini_mnc_io.F
that -r--
It's like this on my laptop but also on cote & faulks.

Now, on my laptop only, "make CLEAN" asks for confirmation
to remove those 2 symbolic links; If I change (by hand) 
the permission (-> -rw- ) of those 2 files, "make CLEAN" works 
perfectly without asking for confirmation.

If you have any idea how to modify the Makefile (so that 
"make CLEAN" on my laptop don't ask for confirmation) 
or to do someting in the repository so that thoses 2 files 
get downloaded with the -rw- permission, I am interested.
