[MITgcm-devel] Problems with diagnostics package and mnc

Hi Ed,
   Seems to work, except for one other issue.  The diagnostics output 
files are correctly getting x  and y coordinate variables, but not z.  
This is a problem in ferret, because you will have to work hard to 
compare a variable loaded from state with a coordinate z to one with 
index z.  This is particularly a problem since the coordinate values 
are decreasing instead of increasing (don't ask why, just a ferret 
quirk).
