[MITgcm-devel] check-in coupling stuff

Hi Chris,

I think I will start to check-in few modifications related to
the coupled model; mainly the entry points (not the additional pkg
for now) so that it will be much easier to keep the couple set-up
up to date. It's not a lot of modifs but it takes time to carry them
from 1 version to the next and to check that every thing is working
well.

At some point, I would like to talk to you about some details
(such as the possibility to have a run-time parameter to turn 
 on/off for coupled/uncoupled mode).

Do you have time this week ?
