Hi Dimitri,

I am thinking of modifying the surface-flux time-av diagnostic:
a) create a S/R that cumulates the flux.
b) call this S/R earlier, from external_forcing_surf
rather than from timeave_statvars.F

motivation:
I like those diagnostics because, when I use the 
nonLin-freeSurf, the restoring therm is no longer "linear" 
(since hFacC varies in time) and it starts to be difficult to 
check precisely the heat and salt budget from the other
time-av output only.
But since the thickness of the 1rst level (hFacC) changes between the time 
where external_forcing_surf is called and the end of the time step,
I need to move the diagnostic earlier in the time step.
I don't think it will make a big difference (and anyway, no difference
at all with Linear freeSurf) but it's better to have those
diagnostics perfectly accurate.

Any objection ?
