Hi Fisher, I have not used these scripts in a long time.
But if what you are looking for are the CS510 tile files, Hong, cc-ed, we can provide these to you.

A copy of the grid information is also available here:
https://nasa-ext.box.com/s/ggi3q8w2vtzkla0kfqmtxwuuuib4ekde
but it does not contain the tile* files.
