Dear Dimitris and MITgcm Support community,
I have a question regarding the generation of cubed-sphere grid files.
I ran the gen510grid.m script from the following repository:
https://wwwcvs.mitgcm.org/viewvc/MITgcm/MITgcm_contrib/high_res_cube/matlab-grid-generator/
The script seemed to have successfully generated files such as DXC.bin, but I couldn’t find any output files in the format grid_cs510.face001.bin, grid_cs510.face006.bin, etc., which are typically used as input in MITgcm simulations.
Could you please advise how to generate these grid_cs510.faceXXX.bin files?
Are there any additional scripts or steps required beyond executing gen510grid.m?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Fisher
