[MITgcm-support] How to use pickups

Hi everyone,

I would like to launch a run with this form:
- First part with initial conditions I0;
- Second part which starts from the outputs of the first part as initial
conditions + a change in the temperature profile.

I know this is possible by using the pickups, but it is still unclear the
proper procedure, and how to define in data namelist which pickup to use,
when and etcetera.

Is there a tutorial that explains it?
