[MITgcm-support] [EXTERNAL] How to write only ETA as state variable

Hello,

The output variables for the file state.nc are hard-coded in MITgcm/model/src/write_state.F. You would need to either remove or comment out the lines for the variables that you do not want to output in the block between lines 174 and 217 (https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/blob/acbfbd3bbd90cb04e67aec09737db6f09bddd4a9/model/src/write_state.F#L174-L217).
