Your wind values may be outside the expected range.
If you are sure the values are fine you can set
 useExfCheckRange  = .FALSE.,
in data.exf
But best practices would be to not ignore this error as it is only triggered if winds are greater than 100m/s.

Did you change any other exf fields?
