[MITgcm-support] start learning the MITgcm.

Dear Members, 

I have just started learning the MITgcm.I 'm a new member and new user.
I downloaded the model as a tar file from the web site.
How can I compile it.
The MITgcm folder are including "doc, eesupp, jobs, isopt,model,optim,pkg,tools,utils, and verification".
the folders "bin" and "CVS" do not exist.
