Hi Estanislao,
It would be easier to give you pointers, if you could provide
1. Your full data.exf
2. The complete error message(s)
If the problem comes up from switching between resolutions in runoff, there may be an interpolation issue. It would be good to see both data.exf, one for 1deg runoff one for 0.25deg runoff
