[MITgcm-support] Awkward parameters in tutorial_reentrant_channel

Is it because f0 applies to the southern limit of the domain
(f=f0+beta*(y-y0), where y0 is at j=1) and beta was chosen to be
representative of the mid-latitude of the domain?
