[MITgcm-support] Alternative flag instead of OBXyFile in data.obcs

Dear All,

I need to specify some reference values of T,S,U and V along my open
boundaries through data.obcs.

Is there an alternative for 'OBXyFile', where instead of giving a bin file
I can just prescribe some constant values?
