[MITgcm-support] Error on reading data.exf files.

Hi everyone,

I found out that the problem was caused by missing OBCS parameters in data.exf. I was also using OBCS pakage  in this model, so a namelist /EXF_NML_OBCS/ should be included in data.exf file.
