[MITgcm-support] ARCHER, cray, mpi and STDOUT

Hi Dan, I think that one way to make sure that STD* files are flushed more regularly is via option

 debugMode=.TRUE.,

in runtime parameter file eedata.  I don’t know if there is a performance hit for that.  You should test.
