[MITgcm-support] diagnostics at end of calendar months

Hi Dan,
For the longest time I was not aware, that this flag only pertains to the "dumps", but not to the forcing fields. For monthly forcing, e.g., you need to use some "period" of (365+365+365+366)/4/12 for the average number of days in a month with this flag.
