[MITgcm-support] converting from lat-lon to cube-sphere

Hello,

I would like to run MITgcm in a cube-sphere grid, but I've run into some
problems:

1) I know I need a file that initializes the grid, but I'm not sure how
this is supposed to look like or how to generate it.

2) I have initial condition files in lat-lon and I'm don't know how to
convert them into cube-sphere.

Can anyone help me out?
