[MITgcm-support] Missing/inconsistent output and stalled runs with ECCOv4 setup on ARCHER

Hi all,
I tried a longer test run with singleCpuIO=.FALSE. in the &PARM01
namelist. This run *did* produce STDOUT, pickup files, and mds output at
run-time, happily. So you apparently need to run this configuration in
multiple CPU IO mode on ARCHER.
I'm still interested as to why this particular setup required
singleCpuIO=.FALSE., when all of my other runs (even large ones) worked
fine with singleCpuIO=.TRUE.,. One possible answer: this setup uses EXCH2,
whereas my other setups do not.
Best,
Dan
