Hello Matt,
Thank you for the answer.
Also I added some code in the files: diagnostics_main_int.F (line 184-194)
and diagnostic_fill_state.F (line 411) (Attached in this mail) to calculate
the time average of temperature cause I think the timeave and diagnostic
packages by default just compute the time average of potencial temperature.
