[MITgcm-support] forcing the model with offline sea-ice

Dear MITgcm developers
I am trying to capture mixed layer depth (MLD) changes in time scale of a
month in arctic using the regional model, I was wondering if it is possible
to feed the sea-ice concentration (from satellite ) to the model and let
the model develop the ocean beneath the sea-ice. Essentially using the heat
source/sink and brine rejection/fresh water from the input sea ice time
history to calculate the MLD.
In short, is there a flag in seaice_options.h for keeping all the features
of SI package but instead of SI fraction being an output, feeding it as an
input to the model.
