[MITgcm-support] build MITgcm with mpi

Hi, mailers,

Does anyone meet the problem as follows when you compile MITgcm using mpi?

the first step is fine, but when I make depend, I got this error,

EESUPPORT.h:175:0: fatal error: mpif.h: No such file or directory
 #include "mpif.h"

Any suggestion ispretty welcomed,
