[MITgcm-support] Problem with ALLOW_OBCS_SPONGE.

I am not sure what you mean by "commented the lines" but it seems that you
have to change from #undef ALLOW_OBCS_SPONGE to #define ALLOW_OBCS_SPONGE
in OBCS_OPTIONS.h.
