[MITgcm-support] How to set the OB files when restart the simulation

Hi,
the model always tracks time in seconds and steps since 0 (zeroth time step, not nIter0 which can be > 0 for restarts). Based on this reference it computes which time slice to read from a file, so you don’t need to worry about changing your obcs file (nor any forcing file), when you restart the model.
