[MITgcm-support] matlab script for reading pickup files

I usually use rdmds to read the entire pickup, then (knowing the list of fields in the pickup*.meta file and Nr) I count. It requires that you know that ETAN is 2D, UVEL 3D etc, but I think that’s pretty obvious.
