Hi All,

I am a graduate student from physics department, UCSD. and a beginner to use to MITgcm to simulate the atmospheric dynamics.

I have a question. How could I use the MITgcm package to set a twin experiment?

(Twin experiment: By successively transforming the sparse observation from the master system to the slave system ( the two model can be identical or with a little model error), we can estimate the parameters and the state variables by some specific data assimilation. only a good estimation can be used to predict the future accurately)

Thanks
best regards!
