[MITgcm-support] Zonal filter with nPx>1

Hi Jean-Michel and Dimitris,

I tried the suggestion to set CG2D_SINGLECPU_SUM and I think it worked.

16x1 no zonal filter
4x4 no zonal filter

Had identical output after 10 time steps.

16x1 standard zonal filter
8x1 standard zonal filter

had identical output.

16x1 standard zonal filter
4x4 new zonal filter
8x6 new zonal filter

all had identical output.

I don’t need strict bit-reproducibility so I’ll turn off that option but I’m now pretty confident my new zonal filter produces correct output.
