[MITgcm-support] vertical advection of temperature

Hi,

How is vertical advection of temperature handled in the atmospheric 
configuration given that omega and theta are not on the same grid?  More 
specifically, how is it specified at rC(Nr) (i.e., the top temperature 
grid point?)?
