[MITgcm-support] using H&J '99 param for shelfice

Hi All

I am reasonably sure from looking at the code but I just want to make
absolutely sure --

Is the Holland and Jenkins 1999 parameterisation is completely implemented
within the shelfice package?

Is

#define SHI_ALLOW_GAMMAFRICT

(in the SHELFICE_OPTIONS.h file) and

shelfIceFreshWaterFlux = .true.

all that is required to "turn it on"? (plus the required parameters, of
course, but presumably i'd know from the SHiFWflx diagnostic if they were
set to nonsense.)
