[MITgcm-support] Monitor statistics are all zeros except time and vorticity

Great, easy fix. Yes, hFacMin <= 1. I tend to use hFacMin ~ 0.2 for rough topography. If you make the cells too "thin" it can lead to vertical CFL violations.
