[MITgcm-support] support for MIT gcm

hi everybody i am new to MITgcm and working on Indian ocean. I Have
downloaded the data in nc file but how it can be used in model to run for
the region of [30S-25N; 30E-130E] at a resolution of 50km. since i am
beginner in this field and very much confused what to do. please help me.
