[MITgcm-support] Matrix errors in rotating tank

Hello Madeleine,

First of all you should check your CFL criterion, you probably need to 
reduce your time step.
Another possible thing - check your initial conditions (T,S,Tank 
dimensions), are they same size fitting new matrix?
