[MITgcm-support] Diagnostics Statistics

Hi all,

Am trying to output a large number of statistics (stat_fields(1:35), eg). I
should have diagSt_size sufficiently large in order to accomplish this, and
indeed I do not get a run-time error when submitting jobs.

The number of levels requested for the 35 diag_stats is about 540, far
below the 25*200 specified in DIAGNOSTICS_SIZE

However, it seems that the list of diagnostics being outputted are being
truncated. STDOUT shows that the final few diagnostics (say, 32:35) are not
being printed or reached by SETDIAG, though 1:32 (for example) are. Still,
no errors and the gcm runs smoothly, just doesn't output these final stats.

Any ideas?
