[MITgcm-support] introduction to the MITgcm biogeochemistry module

Hi Jonny,

You can take a look at this experiment:
 verification/tutorial_global_oce_biogeo/
and the description of this set-up in section 3.17 of the manual.
Note that the iron is turned off in this experiment.
The section 6.8.2 (pkg/dic) might be useful too
(and also points to section 3.17 several times).
