[MITgcm-support] MITgcm 40km resolution Arctic simulation

Thanks for that Dimitris

I hadn't quite made the connection between these different arctic
configurations. I'll have a go at this later today. I'm still getting to
grips with the MITgcm so sorry for my seemingly basic questions. Once I
have a regional model running hopefully I should be able to proceed quicker!
