[MITgcm-support] Compiling MITgcm on a Cray XE6 (HECToR)

Dear all,

  Does anyone have any suggestions for how to compile the MITgcm model on a
Cray XE6 system? I'm trying the set the model up on the UK national
supercomputer HECToR. Cray uses its own 'ftn' compiler and 'aprun' command.

Any help is welcome.
