[MITgcm-support] restart from pickup when using 'MDJWF' eos

When you started from a run with MDJWF/JMD95P, the pickup contains this pressure (really hydrostatic geopotential anomaly phiHyd) field. If you want to change the EOS from, say, JMD95Z to MDJWF/JMD95P you can either hack the code or (probably simpler) hack the pickup files:
Diagnose or construct a reasonable phiHyd and add it to the pickup.*.data file. You also need to edit the fldList in pickup.*.meta. I am not sure if there needs to be a specific order, but for safekeeping I would use the order that I find in other pickup files that include phiHyd (e.g. when you run verification/vermix, you get pickup files with phiHyd).
