[MITgcm-support] restart from pickup when using 'MDJWF' eos

Hello MITgcm users,

I've encountered a problem with my output densities when restarting a run
from a pickup and realized that when using MDJWF (or JMD95P) for the
equation of state I need to provide an additional pickup due to the lagging
in pressure calculation...

Anyone knows how do i provide this additional information when i want to
restart my model?
