Hi Chunyan,
Solution 2 should work.
Otherwise, with solution 1, and since the model time is
t = baseTime + myIter * deltaTClock, with default baseTime value =0,
you can set "baseTime" in parameter file "data", namelist PARM03, to
Iter0*(old_deltaT - new_deltaT) = 72000*(60-80)
and this should also work.
