[MITgcm-support] NaN output data

Dear Sergey

Thank you for your help. I check the STDOUT data and find that
advcfl_wvel_max is very big before the NaN result, but advcfl_uvel_max and
advcfl_vvel_max is small enough. Now I use the dz=10m instead of dz=5m.
