[MITgcm-support] Enforcing Dirichlet BCs

I'm relatively new to this, so forgive the basic question.

I'm attempting to set up a permanent density gradient in a channel run by
fixing the temperature at both sides. I can't quite figure out how to do
this, other than the OBCS package, but this is for the open boundary
conditions, and mine are definitely closed.

Is there an efficient way of doing this?
