[MITgcm-support] OBCS_ctrl package

No. I just tried to make the "mitgcmuv" file from the verification
directory without any changes. There it made the error: undefined reference
to `adthe_main_loop_'
In fact, I'm looking for a solution to this error (doesn't matter how).
