[MITgcm-support] Run mitgcm with openMP and mnc

Hi Sergey,

There are problems with mnc pkg when using more than 1 thread,
and it's why useMNC is disabled in this case. 
If you take a look at the standard error file (e.g., STDERR.0000) 
you shoud see written:
> (PID.TID 0000.0001) **WARNING** MNC_READPARMS: useMNC unsafe with multi-threads
> (PID.TID 0000.0001) **WARNING** MNC_READPARMS: for now, switch useMNC to FALSE
