[MITgcm-support] Residual-mean formulation of MITgcm (a la Ferreira & Marshall 2006)

Hi Christopher,
I never checked in this piece of code. But Jean-Michel recently looked 
into it and, I think, was planning to check it in the CVS repository. 
I'll see with him. In any case, I can give you the old code if he hasn't 
had time to work on it.
