[MITgcm-support] Water discharge through a lake

Hello,

I am a postgrad student at University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and a new user of MITgcm. I have already run the basic simulations (barotropic and baroclinic gyre,  advection in gyre, plume on slope, deep convection, some of global ocean examples).

I can't find a case with inflow (and outflow) of water discharge to the calculated area: for example inflow and outflow of a river into and out of a lake or an accumulation. 

Or I missed something?

I would be grateful for any explanation.
