[MITgcm-support] Bug in Darwin code?

Hi Martin and Oliver,
we know that MITgcm_contrib area is not guaranteed, anyway we found
there some very good starting points for our modifications, and now
things seem to work quite fine (we are still testing...).
Indeed, Gianpiero modified many of the carbon related routines.
