[MITgcm-support] where to add new files

Hi Patrick,
I am writing code for the calculation of air-sea fluxes of SF6 and
photobleaching of dissolved organic matters. For this purpose, i have
written fortran files that computes these and included them in the mitgcm.
The model is able to generate adjoint of the code but somehow the new
variables that i defined on those files and associated header files are not
being read by the model. For generating adjoint of the files, i defined all
the new fortran files in "custom_ad_diff.list" file and it seems to be
working fine. I wonder do i need to define the new files somewhere else so
that model reads the variables? do i need to include the new varibles in
checkpointing header files too? Please suggest.
Thanks,
Suneet
