[MITgcm-support] smagorinsky and/or Leith with nonhydrostatic code

Hi Abbas,
the do work (the model runs), but they only apply to the horizontal  
viscosities. The vertical viscosity is unaffected by these scheme in  
all cases. At least for Smagorinsky this is not quite right, I am  
afraid.
