[MITgcm-support] 2D with rotation

Hi everyone,

I am starting to introduce rotation in my simulations which are still  
2D in the zonal plane. What is the minimal value for sNy (# of points  
in the meridional direction) one has to set for the code to work  
properly?

I have done a few trials with only 1 point and it seems to work  
reasonalbly well... once the noice has been removed by a biharmonic  
operator.
