latest parameters we use for the CS510 integration are here:

  can you give them a try to see
if they help.  one of the things that caused blowup a long time ago  
was piling up of
snow, which was fixed with Martin's "SEAICEuseFlooding  = .TRUE.,"  
piece of code.
